Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Vibe Workflow. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vibe Workflow ("the Platform", "the Service"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication unless otherwise specified. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Vibe Workflow is a visual workflow orchestration platform that enables users to design, execute, automate, and scale AI-powered workflows using a drag-and-drop interface and API-driven execution engine.

The Platform allows users to:

Workflow Design

  • Build workflows using a visual node editor
  • Create multi-modal AI pipelines
  • Connect text, image, video, audio, and utility nodes
  • Configure workflow logic and routing

AI Workflow Generation

  • Generate workflows from natural language prompts using AI Architect Assistant
  • Automatically modify and optimize existing workflows
  • Create reusable workflow templates

Workflow Execution

  • Execute workflows through the visual studio
  • Trigger workflows through APIs
  • Process asynchronous AI tasks
  • Monitor execution status and results

Content Generation

  • Generate text, images, videos, audio, and other AI outputs
  • Combine outputs from multiple AI providers
  • Publish and share workflow templates

The Platform acts as an orchestration layer and does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, availability, or quality of outputs generated by third-party AI models.

3. User Registration and Account Security

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep account information up to date
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Use strong passwords
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for activities performed through your account

You are solely responsible for all actions conducted through your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Illegal Activities

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Facilitate unlawful activities
  • Circumvent legal restrictions

Harmful Content

  • Generate malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious code
  • Create harmful or deceptive content
  • Distribute viruses or exploit software vulnerabilities

Unauthorized Access

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Reverse engineer restricted platform components
  • Interfere with platform operations

Intellectual Property Violations

  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets
  • Upload content you do not have rights to use

Abuse of AI Systems

  • Use workflows to conduct spam campaigns
  • Generate fraudulent content
  • Impersonate individuals or organizations
  • Create misleading or deceptive automated systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Ownership

Vibe Workflow and all associated software, interfaces, designs, branding, documentation, and proprietary technologies remain the exclusive property of the Platform and its licensors.

These Terms do not grant ownership of the Platform itself.

User Workflows

Users retain ownership of:

  • Workflow definitions
  • Workflow templates created by them
  • Custom node configurations
  • Uploaded assets
  • Generated outputs, subject to applicable third-party model licenses

You grant us a limited license to store, process, execute, and display workflow data solely for providing the Service.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content uploaded to the Platform, including:

  • Text
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Audio files
  • Documents
  • Datasets

You represent that you possess all necessary rights to upload and process such content.

AI-Generated Content

Ownership and usage rights of generated outputs may depend on:

  • The AI provider used
  • Applicable third-party licensing terms
  • Applicable intellectual property laws

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any licensing requirements associated with generated outputs.

6. AI Models and Third-Party Integrations

Vibe Workflow integrates with external services and AI providers.

These may include:

  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Image generation providers
  • Video generation providers
  • Audio generation providers
  • Vector databases
  • Cloud storage systems
  • External APIs

When you configure a workflow to use third-party services:

  • Data may be transmitted to those providers.
  • Their availability may affect workflow execution.
  • Their terms and privacy policies may apply.

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, security, or outputs of third-party services.

7. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

Certain Platform features may require payment.

By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees.
  • Billing may occur monthly or annually.
  • Charges are billed in advance.
  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Pricing may change with prior notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Premium features may be disabled afterward.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.

By using Vibe Workflow, you consent to our collection, processing, storage, and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OF GENERATED CONTENT
  • AVAILABILITY OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Platform will operate uninterrupted.
  • Workflow executions will always succeed.
  • Generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.
  • Third-party integrations will remain available.
  • Defects or errors will be corrected immediately.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, bias, or other errors. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBE WORKFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Special damages
  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Loss of data
  • Service interruptions
  • Third-party provider failures

This includes damages resulting from:

  • Workflow execution failures
  • AI-generated outputs
  • Third-party integrations
  • Unauthorized access
  • Platform downtime

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO VIBE WORKFLOW DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibe Workflow, its affiliates, employees, officers, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your workflows
  • Your generated content
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of third-party rights
  • Violation of applicable laws

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Security risks
  • Abuse of the Platform

Upon termination:

  • Access to the Platform may be revoked immediately.
  • Workflow execution may stop.
  • Stored data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
  • Certain provisions of these Terms shall survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

In the event of a dispute:

Step 1: Negotiation

Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiations.

Step 2: Mediation

If unresolved, disputes shall proceed to mediation in Bengaluru, India.

Step 3: Arbitration

If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bengaluru, India.

Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

For material changes, we may provide notice through:

  • Email notifications
  • Platform announcements
  • Website notices

Continued use of the Platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, executing workflows, publishing workflow templates, or using any Vibe Workflow services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
